We have recently received funding from local housing association Clarion housing for an upcoming project. We have worked with Clarion in the past and are looking forward to this next venture with them. Keep and eye on this page and our social media pages for more project details soon
We are moving out of our current centre. We’ve been here for almost 20 years but with the increase in bills and our rent going up again we have had to make the very difficult decision to leave our Halliwell centre and go in search of a new home. We will be remaining in Bolton and until we have a permanent centre we will be renting out spaces for holiday clubs as they are needed and are hoping to have a few satellite projects around Bolton until we have once again have a permanent home.We have around a month to get 20 years worth of equipment out of this centre, some will be going into storage but a lot of it we are unable to keep for now.
We need help clearing out of this space, this would include moving heavy items down the stairs, rehoming equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) and cleaning the centre. If you can spare any time to come and help with this giant task ahead of us or can put any of the harmony equipment to use in your own project or centre, please contact us now.
This has been the hardest decision I have ever had to make but I believe that it is in the best interest for Harmony in the long run. This is not the end of Harmony, just the end of this chapter, making space for the next step in our adventure.
Our Summerzone activities have come to an end and the children had a fantastic time at our fancy dress party! We’ve seen so many brilliant costumes, characters and outfits in our centre, we can’t believe it’s all over already.
We want to take the time to send a massive thank you to all our staff and volunteers who gave Harmony so much time, energy and love these past couple of months and made this Summerzone our best yet! 
Our final week is coming to an end! This summer has been filled with so much laughter and activity. We’ve had so many new faces and we can’t believe it’s already over.

Our 5th week has come to an end and it’s been filled with fun, games, karaoke and as usual, a lot of crafts! The children have had a brilliant time and are already looking forward to next week’s activities.
We’ve had a very busy 4th week of Summerzone here at Harmony! The children enjoyed making their own comic strips in our craft corner, watching films in the studio and playing games on the dance floor.
Every morning we have a fire safety demonstration, this morning after the demonstration we had a proper fire drill. The children all did brilliantly and followed the safety instructions perfectly.
Week 3 has come to an end and we have had so many children in and joining in with all the crafts, games and activities. Below are some pictures of the week and all the smiling faces we’ve had in.
We are 2 days into week 3 of Summerzone 2022 and we’ve hit a record high on our register! 62 children in our centre today enjoying all Harmony has to offer.
Summerzone week 2 has been slower than week 1 but still full of so much fun, laughter and games! We’ve had a relay race, a talent show and so many beautiful crafts our art wall is looking beautiful.
We’re so excited to see how the last 4 weeks go and we can’t believe how busy and fun our first 2 weeks have been.
