EasterZone Booking Now Open!

The booking for our Easter HAF club is officially open! 🎉 4 days at the beginning of April (2nd-5th) of easter fun, games and activities. Completely FREE to all children.

Please complete this form separately for each child if you’re booking multiple children.
Children must be between the ages of 5-15. Any children outside of these ages will not be added to the register.
Please complete all sections, if you have any issues or questions please contact Jess via our social media pages, phone (01204 469161) or email ([email protected]) and let us know once you have completed the form for all children.

Small Update

ust a couple of updates from the week:

🍏 Food bank: We are running very low on tinned food due to the increased need over the last few months, so we’re having to lessen the amount of bookings we take each week. We’re aiming for 4-5 each week depending on stock. With that in mind we are now already full for this week’s collections and will not be able to take any more bookings. We are however completely free next week still if you want to get your booking in now.

👫 Our Easter HAF club: Though previously confirmed with the landlord, we are now unable to rent our usual mill for the Easterzone club. We are in talks with a different, nearby location, and should have confirmation very soon. A new poster with the updated address will be posted as soon as we know more and we’ll be contacting those already booked to ensure everyone is up to date 😊 Booking is still open

🚷 Our town centre office: If you come by the office regularly you’ll know by now we’ve been having issues with our plumbing for the past month, we are in the process of getting it fixed but for now we’ve had to close to the public due to the growing health concern. We are still open for the food bank but any walk-ins or warm space drop-ins are having to be turned away for now. We’ll let you know when we’re open again as soon as we know more.

8 households fed this week!

This week’s food bank fed 8 households! With an estimated 18 people benefitting from healthy and long lasting food support 💙
Since January we’ve seen a huge increase in people booking on for food each week, while it’s heartbreaking to see so many people struggling, we’re so glad to be able to offer the support they need 😊 If you or someone you know is struggling to keep the cupboards stocked, please contact us and book on for a food parcel. We’re here to help, never to judge 💙

6 food parcels given this week!

This week’s food bank gave out 6 parcels to local people and families in need. An estimated 15 people in total have benefitted from packs of long lasting, healthy and balanced food.

We’re so glad to be able to help so many members of our community each week 💙 There’s still plenty of space left for next week so hurry and book now if you’re in need 😊💙

13 chocolate eggs donated!

I can’t believe how generous our community has been! 😲💙 13 chocolate eggs have been dropped off this morning for our Easter appeal and we will be adding them to our food parcels all through March 💙 Priority will be given to those with children but hopefully we’ll be able to share them around non-child households too 😊 Thank you so much to the couple who donated these, we know they’ll bring a big smile to some little faces 💙
