For 25 years, Harmony Youth Project has been supporting young people, families and communities across Bolton.
During that time, our work has grown and changed alongside the needs of our community. However, our purpose has remained the same: to provide support, opportunities and a place where people feel welcome.
Our work with young people continues to sit at the heart of Harmony. Through youth activities, creative arts, mentoring and projects such as YES and Sharper Choices, we help young people build confidence and develop new skills.
However, our support now reaches much further.
We also help local families and individuals who are struggling with everyday challenges. This includes food support, community drop-ins, practical guidance and referrals to specialist organisations. In addition, we work alongside local partners to make support easier to access.

After 25 years, we’re not slowing down. Instead, we’re stepping up our ambitions for the future.
We want to help more people, develop more projects and create even more opportunities for young people. We also want to strengthen our partnerships and continue responding to the changing needs of Bolton.
A lot has happened over the past 25 years, but there is still much more we want to achieve.
This is the next chapter for Harmony Youth Project: more support, more opportunities and more positive change.
Here’s to building a bigger, better Bolton filled with Harmony.
