Harmony Youth Project recently attended an enrichment event at Bolton College, and we had a fantastic time meeting students and getting involved.
The event gave us a great opportunity to connect with young people from across Bolton. We were able to chat with students, introduce them to Harmony and explain more about the support and opportunities we provide.
Enrichment activities play an important role in college life. They give students the chance to discover new opportunities outside their usual studies. In addition, they can learn about organisations and services available within their local community.
For Harmony, attending Bolton College also helps us reach young people directly. We can talk about our youth activities, creative opportunities and wider support. Most importantly, young people can ask questions and find out how to get involved.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere throughout the event. It was also great to see so many students stopping by for a chat and showing an interest in what we do.
Building relationships with local colleges and young people remains an important part of our work. As a result, events like this help us stay connected with the issues, interests and opportunities that matter to them.
A big thank you to Bolton College for having us. We had a blast and look forward to connecting with even more students in the future.
